Located in Newport Beach’s beloved Port Streets, this home was designed to feel layered, inviting, and quietly refined. A soft blue color palette serves as the foundation of the design, creating a calming thread that carries beautifully from space to space.

We focused on building depth through texture — incorporating tailored upholstery, natural materials, warm wood tones, and subtle pattern play to bring richness without overwhelming the home’s light, coastal feel. Each room was thoughtfully curated to feel cohesive yet comfortably livable for everyday family life.

Featured in the Corona del Mar Home Tour 2024, the finished home is a serene, texture-driven retreat that blends softness and sophistication — a timeless coastal environment rooted in thoughtful layering.

Alicia drew out a detailed interior design plan and her suggestions were amazing. Many ideas she had were a total game changer to give the home several wow factors inside and out. She also welcomed our original thoughts and expanded on them. Honestly, I enjoyed the entire process so much that I would do it all over again tomorrow if the right opportunity presented itself. Alicia is beyond a Talented Designer!!! Her design for my New Florida home is outstanding, making the entire experience fun and exciting.
