Departing from the traditional coastal aesthetic often seen in the neighborhood, we leaned into richer tones, deeper contrasts, and dramatic material selections to create a home that feels intimate, elevated, and distinctive.
Tailored millwork, curated furnishings, and a darker, more saturated palette establish a warm foundation throughout the interiors. Textural layering — from stained woods to refined textiles and statement finishes — adds depth and visual interest while maintaining a cohesive, sophisticated flow from room to room.
The result is a richly detailed family home that feels bold yet timeless — a moody, design-forward interpretation of life in the Port Streets.

Alicia is beyond a Talented Designer!!! Her design for my New Florida home is outstanding, making the entire experience fun and exciting.
