This full-home remodel in Corona del Mar was rooted in our clients’ desire to transform their space into something more traditional, layered, and beautifully functional. We reimagined the home from top to bottom, thoughtfully reworking the floor plan to better support both everyday living and entertaining.
An unused formal living room was converted into a dedicated dining room — creating a warm, welcoming space for gatherings. In turn, the original dining room was transformed into a hardworking butler’s pantry and home office just off the kitchen, blending storage, function, and charm in a way that feels seamless to the home’s design.
The result is a timeless, classically inspired residence where every room was intentionally redesigned to enhance both beauty and livability.

Alicia drew out a detailed interior design plan and her suggestions were amazing. Many ideas she had were a total game changer to give the home several wow factors inside and out.
